Clayton is the lead pastor at The Crossing, a missional, multisite, megachurch planted in 11 micropolitan (and smaller) communities across 3 states, ranging in population from 125 to 40,000.

The church is currently running about 5,400 in attendance, and Outreach Magazine regularly lists The Crossing as one of the largest and fastest-growing churches in America.

Clayton recently finished walking The Crossing through an eight-week series entitled "Better: How to Win at Home". Over eight weeks, Clayton and the teaching team explored God's design, intention, and guidance for the most important relationships in our lives, tackled extremely relevant topics facing families today, and equipped the congregation with tangible tools along the way.
