This is anotber recorded Mandarin lesson of mine. In this one, the first half is all conversation and in the 2nd half I read the text below. I have outlines a bunch of the new vocab from the text too.

Text I Read:

杭州男子租集装箱改装成公寓

在杭州，有一个住在集装箱里的男子在网上走红了。他叫阮晨海，家住浙江台州，在杭州工作。

早晨

   因为在杭州买房子太贵了，阮晨海又想把更多的钱放在工作上，所以他就在网上租了一个集装箱，每个月的租金是1200元。这个集装箱很特别，里面有一个小床，还有洗手间，看上去更像是一个小公寓。除了不能做饭，其他东西应有尽有。阮晨海说，过去他一个月在酒店住20天，要花6000元，和现在相比，节约了近5000元。

   这个集装箱不但是阮晨海的“家”，也是他工作的地方。他的孩子也认为，爸爸的这个房子很“酷”
