Featuring Minda Harts, best-selling author of The Memo: What Women of Color Need to Know to Secure a Seat at the TableJoin The Boeing Company for a candid dialogue on the challenges or “sharks” that many women of color face in their careers.  These sharks may show up as imposter syndrome, a lack of allyship and sponsorship, a toxic workplace culture, microaggressions or bias in hiring and promotions. We will provide meaningful insights to help recognize sharks, discuss practical ways to ride the waves, highlight the skills needed to face these challenges head-on and develop strategic plans to help lifeguard careers.  By the end of our seminar, attendees will have essential everyday tools necessary to turn rough waters into smooth sailing. Our seminar will include a keynote address by best-selling author, Minda Harts, a moderated panel discussion with experienced leaders of color and allies in STEM and a reflection exercise.
