WODapalooza is in the books. And we recorded a shock drop episode from a "secret" location. We basically recorded in an area of a hotel we did not stay in. This was a great opportunity to get the perspectives from two of the Subiono brothers as they watched their younger brother shine bright. Kulani and Marissa both took the podium in Miami. We all know how amazing these boys are in competitions, but this was fun to listen to them talk about what it's like to be a spectator. But like a true high level competitor, they both walked away learning more about themselves and their fellow CrossFit rivals.
