Yousif has been a professional rider since 2009. He was the National Road Champion in 2010 and from 2013 to 2019 (8 Times) TT x 7 Times, the Al Salam Champion gold medalist twice and boasts 5 silver medals in the Asian Games.

He is also the first Emirati national to represent the United Arab Emirates in Cycling during the Olympic Games Road Race in Rio de Janeiro.
