A while ago, I was in a dark phase, so I would record voice memos of what was going through my mind but somehow in the process, God started to speak through me to me. This really helped me navigate a lot of seasons in my life so much that it has become a part of me. Sometimes the pain hurts deeply and hits differently because there is a purpose to it.
