Hello ladies and welcome back to the Sexyfit Podcast!

I want to introduce you to our incredible sister Kristin Butler who has just wrapped up her year with the Sexyback Mastermind. When she started, Kristin was doing three 12 hour night shifts as a nurse and had to struggle with the stressful nature of her job, weird sleeping hours and not having enough time to eat.

Kristin made an incredible transformation over the last year. She looks amazing, she manages stress, feels more confident than ever and her performance is just crazy with a Spartan race and a triathlon under her belt.

For all you sisters out there who have stressful jobs such as Kristin’s, here is how she did it.

What was your motivation for joining the Mastermind?

The biggest reason why I joined was that I wanted to allow myself the best physical and emotional health possible. I want to have a healthy body because my husband and I want to start a family and part of getting ready for that step is being healthy.

What are your major wins on this journey?

My major win is having confidence in myself, doing a Spartan race and signing up for triathlon. The things you can accomplish when you have confidence are amazing.

Also, I’ve changed the way I’m managing the stress of my job as a nurse.  Last week I was really anxious after coming home from work and instead of sitting on the couch and eating, I went for a run and listened to Sexyfit Podcast. I also learned how to sneak in my snacks during a long shift at work.

What would you tell your old self?

The emotional eating aspect is something I still struggle with. When you find something you are having a hard time getting in control of, reach out to your community for help. If you find yourself eating emotionally, try to get still after a crazy day at work. Don’t feed yourself with negative thoughts, just take one day, one hour, one minute at a time and ask for help.

If somebody is hesitant right now about starting this journey, what would be your suggestion for them?

Just do it. When you sign up, you are committed to something. Don’t let little thoughts get in your way.  Talk to Zlata and hear her out, learn more about the program, sign up for it and you’ll get hooked.
