By trade, Aisha is a military Nurse Anesthetist. Outside of the hospital, Aisha is a real estate investor and entrepreneur that is passionate about helping nurses find their passions and move beyond the bedside.

Her most recent projects are the relaunching of Uvea Blue Light Glasses—glasses made for healthcare providers as well as the creation of a network for multi-passionate nurses, ready to pursue entrepreneurship.

On the academic side, Dr. Allen pursued a doctorate degree and specializes in health care disparities. With her ongoing studies, she hopes to reduce the deadly disparities faced by minorities and increase patient access to providers that look like them.
