In this interview, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Elaine aka the Jiu Jitsu Grandma or @jiujitsu_grandma on Instagram. I had the honor of interviewing a brilliant human being, Dr. Sinem Ergen, doctor of Chinese Medicine, acupuncturist, who previously studied aerospace engineering ultimately changing her path to studying Chinese medicine because of a serious health issue. 

Although she is fascinatingly diverse in the many things she's studied throughout her life, she is very grounded in who she is and what she believes about her practice and what she wants to share with the world.
