Ying Ma, author of the book "Chinese Girl in the Ghetto," speaks about women and 2016 policy, as well as her own life's journey: a childhood immigrant from Communist China, growing up in the ghetto of Oakland CA, earning her bachelor's and law degrees, to the role of presidential campaign spokesperson for Dr. Ben Carson.
