In this week’s Episode of Let's Talk H.A.M. (Hearts and Minds) we discuss the concept of sexual liberation among women and what is sexually repressing women in 2021. Women have been given conflicting messages about our bodies and our desires for ages which has led some women to take agency over their own bodies and experiences while some women are not able to get those negative images out of their heads in order to enjoy the experience.
