This Women's History Month we discuss some of the contributions of women that have gone unnoticed. We talk about the workplace and how gender has played a big part in shaping our experiences and access to opportunities. All our lives women and men are associated with certain stereotypes and are accordingly assigned roles in our society. Most women have at one point or another experienced discrimination in their personal and professional lives. We share our experiences, our journey and what can we do today. Our education systems, household environments, society around all perpetuate these stereotypes and strengthen them. We talk about how to break these and how we should all get to define who we want to be and be our unapologetic selves.
