A professor of TV and Film at Cal State Northridge, Alexis Krasilovsky is an award winning filmmaker and author of fiction and non-fiction. Her documentaries SHOOTING WOMEN and WOMEN BEHIND THE CAMERA along with her books of the same name highlight the growing number of women working behind the camera in movies all over the world. Caroline talks with Alexis about her career as a woman in the entertainment industry, what is getting better and what still needs work.
