As a well-informed society of 2023, we should start asking questions:
❌ If we don't see enough women on a leadership board.
❌ If we come to know that there's a definite pay gap based on gender.
❌ If a company doesn't showcase or practice gender diversity.
A surprising fact shared by Sandra was that around 30% of men in Australia do not believe that gender inequality exists. A possible reason for that is that men are mostly not aware of the invisible barriers or challenges for women.
