When we talk about #engineering or #science, #women have a smaller presence in universities and that gap increases once they practice.

Based on information from Engineers Australia, 82% of engineers are men and only 12% of women. Then, 64% of the qualified male are employed in engineering roles, while 51% of the qualified female work in engineering roles.

It is time to talk and get inspired, so we have invited Dr. Carla Boehl, engineer and Ph.D. in environment and water from the Universität Stuttgart, Germany, to tell us about her experience and learn from it.
