Sanjay Pathak is a a 45 year old geography teacher at a government school in Bihar's Siwan district. He took it upon himself to give sports training to the children in his school. 

Today, his club has earned the distinction of having sent several girls from Siwan district to national and State-level tournaments. Despite the lack of a good sporting atmosphere, he has encouraged these girls to adopt the spirit of sports and be self-reliant.
