For the final episode of #WomenMakingWaves I sat down for a chat with the lovely Liverpool based artist Sumuyya. Sumuyya chatted to me about her journey into art, how black people inspire her art, finding a balance between creativity and finances and the importance of community and creating spaces for yourself.
