She is also a motivational speaker and the founder of the nonprofit organization Experience 180 and Lock4Love. Join VanKe’via and Dr. McIver on a conversation about the unique challenges and reentry needs of women impacted by the legal system. Dr. McIver discussed her personal experience working with women and provided recommendations to post women post incarceration.
