To celebrate Women's History Month, this week I'm joined by two former college athletes Maydeen Merino (@_maydeen) and Katie Marlow (@katemarloww). In this episode we dive deep into female professional athletes who inspire us and give flowers to women in sports from our personal lives. I talk to them about what it means to be a woman in sports, along with the multitude of inequalities faced by female athletes. Lastly, we discuss the future landscape of women in sports, and tell some personal stories along the way.
