Jess and her husband, Aaron, are Associate Pastors and Youth Pastors at Catch The Fire Church in Raleigh-Durham. They had three beautiful children in three years, Jude, Zoe, and Selah, and they keep them very busy.

Jess has a passion for discipleship, connection, and creating spaces where women and youth can belong, be seen, and be known by God and by others.

Jess is also Duncan and Kate's oldest daughter.
