The Winter 2021 anime Wonder Egg Priority took the world by storm earlier this year, but due to production issues, it ended on the second to last episode instead of the intended final episode, and we were left without a proper conclusion to the story. Then news broke that an hour long "special episode" would be broadcast three months later at the end of June, and fans were pumped. The special episode came, and... well. Let's just say that it did not live up to the hype.
