I coined this term recently, it describes those of us who feel we must be able to do all the things, on our own, without support, to an incredibly high standard.
When it goes unchecked it can lead to a specific cocktail of emotions - feeling alone, disconnected, unsupported, isolated, prickly and angry.
Today we're exploring wonder woman syndrome and what we can do to side step it so that we can do all the things while also feeling supported, connected, stable and confident.
