Though God gave a perfect covenant, that covenant and its blessings are dependent upon an imperfect human. 

As Noah goes, so goes the rest of mankind.   Here, Pastor is speaking about “Leadership”!   Leadership is vital. The right leadership is crucial. 

Watch that who you follow obeys God’s Covenant to the fullest.
