On this episode of Woo Me, we interview Kiana Love, Wild Women Healer. Kiana, founder of Be Wild Women, helps overwhelmed women, survivors of childhood complex trauma to feel free in their bodies and wild about living.
In the episode Kiana talks about how she found Wild Women, through her own healing journey and connecting back to her female energy. We talk about how easy it is for women to feel disconnected to their bodies, have self doubt, feel safe in their body, or have a hard time feeling heard. Kiana encourages women to trust in themselves, connect back to nature. As Kiana states, “We are not separate from nature, we are nature.”These are all ways of connecting to Wild Women Energy. Kiana also leads listeners through a short guided meditation to bring us back into the body.
