Today we continue the series discussing John Wooden's "Pyramid of Success" and a variety of quotes in support of it. We have finished all the blocks of the Pyramid, and we are into what Wooden called the mortar that holds the blocks together. We have covered the first seven mortar elements, Ambition, Sincerity, Adaptability, Honesty, Resourcefulness, & Reliability, & Fight.

Today we move to Mortar Element #8, Integrity. Integrity is one of the most important characteristics that anyone in our world can have, but if you are a leader in any capacity, and you are seeking to be the best you can be, you MUST have integrity to sustain your leadership and your success. People will not follow you if you do not have integrity.

People with integrity do the right thing. They have a purity of intention that leads them to always do what is right. They are also focused on helping others.
