For Bottoms Up this week we look at Woody Creek’s Colorado Gin After we talk about the gin and how we discovered it, we look at how it faired in our blind tasting of 50+ gins, use it in a martini then finish up with a shrub cocktail. You short shot of alcohol to kick off the weekend is ready!

Martini 1.5 ounces Colorado Gin, .5 ounces Dolin Dry Vermouth, stir and serve up with an olive.

For the shrub, 1.5 ounces Colorado Gin, 1 ounce plum shrub (see episode #69 for details), top with tonic water. Combine gin and shrub in a rocks class filled with ice. Top with tonic water and stir.
