Happy New Year! On the podcast today I'm talking about my word/words for 2019 and a little bit about my plans and resolutions. The first ever podcast episode I did last year was my word for 2018. So it seemed fitting that to kickstart 2019 I would do the same.

My word for 2019 is: Empower

For me empower is all about feeling confident in myself and my abilities. And empowering other design-led souls to do the same.
