In this episode of Let’s Wine About It! I will talk about my word for the year. I decided that this year I was not going to do a New Year's resolution. Instead, what I did was I chose a word, a word that was going to kind of be my theme for the year, and the word that I came up with is intentional.

04:00  I decided that this year I was not going to do a New Year's resolution. Instead, what I did was I chose a word, a word that was going to kind of be my theme for the year. I heard this on a podcast or read it. I can't actually remember where, what gave me the idea. So I really thought a lot about it the week between Christmas and New Year's, and the word that I came up with is intentional and it just kind of popped in my head.

08:00 If I see something and I think maybe I want that, I really, I really think about it. I, when am I going to use it? How am I going to use it? How often am I going to use it? Does it really even make sense?
