At 21, she founded See World Learning Center, and worked with over 30,000 children for the past 35 years. Heather also established a wellness center, promoting holistic well-being. She launched WiseInside to unlock the wisdom and love within us all. Now, through The Conversation Academy, she helps schools and leaders transform conversations to resolve conflicts and celebrate the greatness in ourselves and each other.
