Today we will continue the theme of family and talk with my other daughter Kaitlyn. She is at the tail end of the Millennials and at the beginning of Gen Z. I believe we need to listen more than we talk and it would lead to greater conversation and understanding. This episode is also longer than our typical 5 min, but it is good to do sometimes.
