In the 39th epsiode I share my thoughts on the Power of Words to influence life. There is no magic, but evidence that our cognitions influence our emotions/feelings and behavior.  In the book of Proverbs there is a scripture that says " Your words are so powerful that they will kill or give life, and the talkative person will reap the consequences." Listen to the examples I share and think carefully about your communication with other. Practice having a positve mindset.
