There is no space for "solopreneur" type of people in multifamily. You want to have a team in this space. But before that you need to learn as much as possible about multifamily deals. So, you either going to add value by giving your time for free to learn what it takes to pick, finance, close, manage, rehab, sell the deals or you are going to pay someone to teach you.  #realestate #investing
