If you are and athlete or you know any athletes I want you to truly use them as an example of how you can model that type of work ethic in your life. Model their dedication day in and day out. Model their focus and sacrifice. Model their passion for their sport.  Apply that to reaching your goals and dreams and I guarantee you will accomplish the life you desire.
