In today's episode, we're putting our focus on rest. We talk a lot about work and why it's important to change your family's trajectory. The problem comes into play when our lives become or work and we never take time to let our bodies fully rest.

The amount of pressure we put on our mind, body, and spirit we need to rest just as hard as we work. Unfortunately, the world we live in today praises work over everything and you're considered weak if you rest. 

We can and will burnout or overtrain if we don't take the time to rest.
Rest should be a big part of your life if it isn't you have to fix that immediately.


Homework 📚 

  • Work with precise precision six days a week.
  • Rest hard at least 1 day per week.
  • Schedule rest in your schedule.
