Mike Crenshaw aka "Hammer" grew up in Pensacola, Florida playing baseball and now he works at a highly awarded minor league baseball stadium in town. At his job, he leads a team of people who make sure the stadium looks it's best, but that's not all he does. Hammer is involved in outreach programs and has seen a real-life change in the people who get involved and want to change. He works hard and stays humble.
