Work in Progress: an early careers podcast episodes
- Work in Progress: An Early Careers Podcast - Coming Soon!
Nobody has it figured out on day one. Not even the people who look like they do.
Parking in someone else's space on your first morning. Sitting through a whole meeting without knowing what anything means. Reaching Christmas with zero annual leave left. Your first job comes with a lot of things nobody warns you about.
Work In Progress: An Early Careers Podcast is a roundtable with people a few months or a few years ahead of you, talking honestly about what starting out is really like: the awkward questions, the mistakes, imposter syndrome, burnout, and what happens when your plan goes out the window.
If you're at school, college or uni and wondering what work is actually like, this is the stuff they don't put in the job description.
First episode coming 22nd October on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, or wherever you get your podcasts!
Brought to you by AECOM.
