You have to work it like you want it.  I have sales pros approach me all the time telling me how big of a closer they are. They say, "Put me in! I'm a closer!"  Anyone who comes to work for me has to be willing to wash the toilets.  Now, do they end up doing that?  No, most say they're in "sales" and don't wash toilets.  I'm not here to work with anyone not willing to do the work as basic as cleaning toilets.  You have to work it like you want it.  If you want a better body, you have to be willing and actually go to the gym to do the work.  If you want a better family, you need to spend time with them like you want them around. If you want a successful business, you have to work it like you care about your clients and employees.  At the end of the day, you have to keep yourself accountable to one thing....... Working it like you want it!  It's there for the taking....
