Adam Grant has a fantastic podcast called WorkLife by Adam Grant. In it, he shares interesting work cultures and what they are doing to be successful. I always thought that it would be interesting to translate some of these ideas into an educational setting. In one episode, he talks about the difference between integrators and segmentors. I think that this idea is especially important in our current working situation.
