Procudure: a list of all the steps covered by this SOP Steps: how is the procedure performed Role: Owner, Manager, Worker Documents: supportive information required to perform the steps ​Position Description ​Role Knowledge, Skills, Experience, Certifications Work Attributes Work Processes Compnay, Department, Individual Goals and Objectives
