After beginning her career in corporate pharma, Carson decided it was time to launch her own business. 

She launched Working Simply Inc. in 2015, a business consulting firm helping enterprises boost productivity, accelerate performance and develop high performance teams.

We discuss productivity hacks for business owners and their teams as well as how to teach accountability and engage people.
