This week on Connect & Collaborate our focus is on Colorado’s Talent Shortage. Stephanie Veck from the Colorado Workforce Development Council will join us all week long, starting with Amy Ford, Communications Director for CDOT. We will discuss the challenges Colorado's Department of Transportation encounters in replacing a retiring workforce, and the many jobs available on an almost daily basis.
