Welcome back to another episode of Mindful and More.

This episode focuses on how difficult it can be to handle the pressures of work/school/uni life with your mental health/mental illness. I discuss the impact lack of focus, energy, and motivation can have on your self-esteem and what that can look and feel like when you are expected to perform. I also discuss the importance of taking full advantage of any support service/adjustments provided to you and how using these has positively impacted my experience of working and studying whilst suffering with my own mental health and mental illness. There is light at the end of the tunnel and you CAN succeed while being mentally ill.
