In episode 5, Jonathan talks about working conditions affecting teachers across Manitoba.  He focuses on what is present in Manitoba's Workplace Safety and Health legislation and the MTS Collective Agreement, as well as the CSA Standard on Psychological health and Safety in the Workplace.  He speaks about work-life balance and how it's his wish to see everyone working in public education in a state of fluorishing, not languishing.
