Elders know that change is a constant in life. The free e-book on having ease with change can help: https://go.beinginawareness.com/7steps
What happens when work is no longer driven by strategy, predictability, or optimization—yet arises from presence instead?
In this episode, I explore and reflect on what it means to work from the space of elderhood: a way of being that listens for aliveness rather than forcing outcomes. This is not about working less, rather about working differently—guided by felt sense, inner timing, and integrity instead of intellect alone.
It is not a problem-solving conversation, but an inquiry into a different way of orienting to work, and contribution.
It is an invitation for those who sense that the old ways of doing business no longer fit, and who are willing to step into a more spacious, living orientation to work and offering.
This reflection is for those in the second half of life who sense that their work is no longer about fixing or improving, but about offering something that can only arise from lived experience and presence.
If you have any thoughts about this episode, I would really appreciate it if you left a comment. That way I can get different angles to the exploration and possibly do a follow up episode in the future.
