Her egomaniac boss, Katharine Parker (Sigourney Weaver) ain't having it and steals her great idea to pass off as her own. Then Katharine breaks her leg skiing and gets stuck in the hospital and Tess finds out the bad thing Katherine did and has some Valium and tequila and tries to put a deal together with Indiana Jones and sleeps with him and Katharine was already sleeping with him before that so that's just crazy and Alec Baldwin just wants to get home before the pizza gets cold.
