Ryan Hale has worked in the racing industry for about 5 seasons total full-time now. His family knew the original owners of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway where his grandfather was a photographer there for many years and great grandfather ran a concession stand in the infield for the teams. Ryan finally got his big break in 2018. He had done some internships with smaller teams in 2013 and 2014 doing social media, marketing, etc. and after that team closed up shop he thought his time in motorsports had come to a close. He now works with about 4 different teams/drivers in various series' across the country. (ARCA Menards Series, Carolina Pro Late Model Series, Whelen Series and The Spears Southwest Tour.)
