Dominic Episcopo is a photographer living and working in Fishtown whose experience ranges from photographing some of the biggest names in music to Meat America, a book of images representing "the story of the American Spirit as told through meat."

Dom and Christopher talk about Meat America, music, Philly, and the progression of Dom's career. They also talk about their common experience of going through the Goldman Sachs 10,000 small businesses program, what motivated Dom to apply and complete that program and the benefits gained from that experience.
