By definition A business owner is someone who derives profit or income from a company's operations, whether or not he participates in its management. A CEO is an paid executive manager who guides the day-to-day activities in the company.  So are you getting burnt out working IN your business and not ON your business.  Because the dream was you were to call the shoots and be the big CEO.  But the game is you need to be the Owner.  Listen to how I identified my pivot moment after burnout of course, cause no one told me.  And that is why I'm telling you.
