Today our guests are one of the leading lights in the fringe festival world - Sharon Burgess - CEO of Artrage which a.o. presents Fringe World Festival in Perth. And the remarkable CEO and founder of the agency Aurora Nova - Wolfgang Hoffmann who several times has eloquently mixed distribution and programming - especially at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. The purpose of this podcast is to identify and describe the new realities that are emerging in these years of radical change. Another consciousness has grown forth – a widening of the mindsets/understanding/empathy – facing the challenges and growing a need to get out of the business-as-usual rut.
