This week's episode aims to compare the differences when it comes to our expectations of female artists versus their male counterparts. Women are expected to not only deliver their craft but to deliver it in a shiny and "sexy" package. Contrary to many male performers, bobbing to the beat won't suffice for most audiences that come to watch these women perform.
